Adelaide’s most expensive apartment hits market with $10m price tag

Adelaide’s most expensive apartment is about to hit the market, with a $10 million price tag for the full-floor penthouse atop ICD’s 37-storey Market Square tower in the CBD.

The 935-square-metre Skyline penthouse has an asking price nearly double the $5.5 million tag of the two Realm Adelaide penthouses that hit the market in 2017 – one of which sold the next year for $5.2 million.
